ServiceNow Tester with Strong ATF

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of overall QA/testing experience
• 5 6 years of experience specifically with ServiceNow
• Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) MANDATORY
• Experience with other test automation tools like Selenium is a plus
• Experience in validating ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and custom applications
• Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, and functional teams to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage
• Ability to write, execute, and maintain test cases and test scripts
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Design and execute automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF
• Work closely with ServiceNow developers and stakeholders to validate business logic and system behaviour
• Identify and report issues; ensure resolution and retesting
• Create comprehensive test documentation (test plans, test scripts, and reports)
• Participate in regression testing, system testing, and integration testing efforts
• Contribute to continuous improvements in the QA process and strategy

Nice To Have

• Experience in financial services or banking environments
• ITIL certification or ServiceNow certifications

Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM)
