ServiceNow Engineer/Administrator

As a ServiceNow Engineer/Administrator at tech-tammina, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional IT service management and administration support. Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced problem-solving support for complex technical issues.
• Lead and assist in the creation, maintenance, and debugging of data integration and Discovery jobs/schedules.
• Manage the ServiceNow environments (Dev, Test, and Production).
• Lead and provide ServiceNow support and adhere to Change Management processes, Asset Management processes, Business Management processes, and Service Management processes.
• Ensure ServiceNow ITAM/CMDB integrity (data completeness and correctness).
• Administer, configure, and develop the ServiceNow Platform following Agile processes and industry best practices.
• Patch, upgrade, and deploy ServiceNow applications to ensure compliance with the current platform.
• Identify and automate manual processes, including data validation. Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, and 7+ years of experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.
• Experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Engineer.
• IT Service Management, Operations Management, and Change Management expertise.
• ITAM and CMBD with Data Management focus.
• ServiceNow Implementation (applications, integrations, platforms) expertise.
