About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Principal Platform Architect. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing and implementing solutions that empower our customers and colleagues to succeed globally. Main Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and evolution of the overall solution platform design with respect to industry best practices and technical standards.
• Define and govern platform architecture across technical domains such as data, infrastructure, and security to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy.
• Drive architectural decisions that balance innovation, risk, and operational efficiency, while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Key Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years' experience in IT solution architecture, preferably on ServiceNow.
• Minimum 10 years' hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform in various functions.
