As a key member of our ServiceNow team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional solutions to our clients. About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Solution Architect. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Develop Proposal Solutions: Work with clients to create compelling proposals for ServiceNow services, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
- Estimate and Plan: Develop work breakdown structures (WBS) to estimate costs and delivery timelines, providing clients with accurate information to inform their decisions.
- Gather Requirements: Collaborate with clients to gather their ServiceNow requirements, using this information to develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Lead Partner Portal Activities: Manage activities related to the ServiceNow Partner portal, ensuring seamless engagement with our clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Architects and Account Managers: Work closely with Long View's branch architects and account managers to engage with clients, provide support, and deliver exceptional service.
- Attend Practice Alignment Sessions: Participate in weekly practice alignment sessions with our leadership team members, driving collaboration and innovation across our ServiceNow practice.
- Escalation Point: Act as an escalation point for in-flight projects, addressing scope, budget, schedule, and other project-related estimates provided during presales.
- Create Project Change Requests: Assist in creating new Project Change Requests (PCRs) for in-flight projects, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain Sales and Pre-Sales Certifications: Maintain current sales and pre-sales certifications in alignment with ServiceNow partner program requirements.
- Monitor and Respond to Partner Requirements: Collaborate with Long View's Partner Services team to monitor, manage, and respond to ServiceNow partner requirements.
- Share Best Practices and News: Provide guidance to our consulting community on ServiceNow best practices and news, staying up-to-date on industry developments.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the go-to resource for client Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Information (RFI) requests where ServiceNow expertise is required.
- Presentations and Marketing Materials: Create compelling presentation materials and marketing artifacts highlighting our ServiceNow offerings and solutions. Requirements

- Significant experience in ServiceNow implementation, consulting, or sales.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding client expectations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform, features, and capabilities.
