About the Role
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow expert to join our IT Department. As a key member of the ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our ServiceNow platform to support various teams within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrate and optimize the ITSM platform to reflect departmental processes;
- Provide technical support, configuration, troubleshooting, and scripting on the ITSM platform;
- Suggest new workflows and methods to enhance ITIL process implementations;
- Configure, document, and implement the platform for new clients;
- Answer customer tickets related to the application;
- Advocate the capabilities of the platform and recommend process optimizations to leverage the ITSM tool.
Requirements
- A proven development experience on the ServiceNow platform with advanced server and client scripting, workflow administration, and API knowledge;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills based on the ability to quickly learn complex concepts;
- Experience with ITIL, ITSM, and Service Desk environments;
- Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML, with CSS being an asset;
- Strong attention to detail, design, layout, customer experience, and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
The Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including ITIL and ITSM best practices. They have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
