You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to facilitate the successful deployment, growth, and enhancement of ServiceNow. Leveraging your expertise, you will drive the creation and implementation of platform maturity roadmaps in a hybrid Agile environment, ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality products and services.
With a strong foundation in platform configuration and administration, you will offer support and troubleshooting for platform-related issues and may participate in on-call rotation to address critical business needs. What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as Platform Administrator, Developer, or Software Engineer, with a strong focus on implementing, developing, and managing platform configurations and operations
- Hands-on experience with service management platforms, including in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules, Active Directory, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and configuration management databases (CMDB)
- Proficiency in configuring both on-premise and cloud-based environments
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Lean, Kanban, or Scrum) and DevOps practices
- Proven track record of working within a technical team to analyze complex problems, identify issues, and deliver effective solutions
- Solid understanding of one or more common programming languages and related technologies
- Exceptional customer service, listening, communication, and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities
- Leverage technical expertise to lead technical delivery and ongoing enhancement of the ServiceNow platform within an Agile delivery team
- Create platform maturity roadmaps, aligning with business objectives and technical needs
- Design, configure, and maintain platform capabilities, services, and environments
- Establish and enforce platform standards and guidelines
- Participate in procurement processes and oversee the performance of external resources
- Detect risks and issues, offer solutions to overcome barriers, and deliver advanced levels of platform administration, troubleshooting, and remediation support
