ServiceNow Integration Expert Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join our team in Montreal, Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes using the ServiceNow platform.

• Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms, programs, and applications using industry best practices and ServiceNow tools.
• Gather and analyze user requirements, translating business needs into technical integration solutions.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure integrations support overall project goals and business outcomes.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize integration issues, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow features, integration technologies, and related enterprise systems.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for integration solutions, providing guidance and support during implementation and ongoing operations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for integration architecture, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Participate in process flow analysis, process redesign, and solution demonstrations as required.
• Ensure integration solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture and governance policies.

About Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development and integrations, including hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and scripting (JavaScript).
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and FSO) and experience integrating with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and other enterprise tools is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of web-based, service-based, and enterprise application architectures.
• Experience with data management, database design, and middleware technologies.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and at least two mainline CIS certifications preferred.
