ServiceNow ITOM Architect, Global Technology

About the Role

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Architect to join our Deloitte Technology team.

The successful candidate will design, architect and innovate ITOM solutions together with a cross-functional team accountable for processes and execution of IT Operations in Deloitte Technology.

• Design, architect and innovate in the latest areas of IT Operations Management such as Observability, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Technologies and the ServiceNow Common Data Services Model (CSDM) amongst others.
• Craft guiding principles and standards for our organization, and help to implement them in real time for our Operations teams
• Work with diverse teams from varied levels across the organization and time zones that will give you the opportunity for exposure across our organization
• Help foster and champion data driven and machine learning capabilities to help us operate our Services using modern architecture principles
• Help integrate several leading edge monitoring solutions into a common workflow engine using Service to help automate remediation and self-healing techniques
