Job Title: Specialist - Package Implementation (ServiceNow ITSM)

Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow developer with a strong background in ServiceNow ITSM. The ideal candidate will own most of the configuration work in the platform, including enterprise and IT service management, advanced system administration, and database design schemas and data modeling.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.

2. Deliver new functionalities across applications in line with business requirements.

3. Support the entire development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.

4. Assist the platform administrator with incident resolution, ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems.

5. Play a pivotal role in database design schemas and data modeling, ensuring the robustness and reliability of the system.

6. Perform advanced system administration tasks, maintaining the efficiency and security of the system.

7. Engage in continuous learning and stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow updates to ensure optimal use of the platform.

Requirements:

1. 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM.

2. Strong background in software development, enhanced by ServiceNow System Administration, ServiceNow Advanced System Administration, Scripting in ServiceNow, and Application Creation in ServiceNow.

3. Proficient in scripting and database design schemas.

4. Excellent understanding of IT service management and enterprise management.

5. Adept at problem-solving and incident resolution.

6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
