ServiceNow ITSM developer

As a ServiceNow Development Lead with a minimum of 8 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your expertise in ServiceNow development to guide the team effectively and collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure that solutions align with business requirements. Your knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and XML will be crucial as you delve into various ServiceNow modules, such as IT Service Management, ITOM, and IT Business Management. Your ability to resolve tickets for L2/L3 levels and work on workflows, UI components, notifications, and reports within the ServiceNow platform will be essential for successful project implementations.

Your role will also involve configuring and developing on the ServiceNow platform, adhering to ServiceNow best practices, and staying updated on the latest features. Your practical experience with Agile methodologies will be valuable, as will your track record of handling multiple upgrades for ServiceNow. Additionally, your commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement, along with your customer-focused mindset and exceptional teamwork skills, will set you up for success in this role.

To excel in this position, you should hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related technical discipline, along with 2-3 years of experience in ServiceNow development. Holding a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification would be a plus.
