About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions across multiple domains. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architecture and design for ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITBM, GRC, and CSM.
• Create sustainable, scalable, and extensible architecture solutions that meet business objectives.
• Design integrations with external systems (ERP, CRM, 3rd-party apps) ensuring seamless interoperability.
• Provide technical direction and mentoring to developers and implementation teams.
• Define and enforce best practices for development, coding standards, and platform usage. Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development and architecture, including JavaScript, Glide, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Deep experience in REST/SOAP APIs, integration strategies, and external system architecture.
• Expertise in CMDB, Service Portal, Performance Analytics, and enterprise data models.
• Certifications: CSA – Certified System Administrator, CIS – ITSM, CIS – HRSD, CIS – GRC. Your Qualifications:
• A strong background in software development and architecture.
• Experience working with large-scale systems and complex integrations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
