ServiceNow CSM Job Description
This role focuses on the development and implementation of Customer Service Management (CSM) processes within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with JavaScript, process understanding, and hands-on integration skills. Main Responsibilities:
- Module Implementation: Implement ServiceNow modules and custom applications, including the CSM module.
- Portal Design: Design and develop Service Portal and Content Management features.
- Integration Services: Integrate web-based services using SOAP, REST, and other types of integration.
- Customer Engagement: Manage Client discussions and requirement gathering.
- Communication Skills: Maintain good communication and presentation skills.
The position requires a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 13 years of experience in ServiceNow development and related technologies.
