Job Title

Serve as a technical expert to lead the implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and adhere to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • ServiceNow Implementation Leadership: Apply technical expertise to drive successful ServiceNow implementation projects, meeting client expectations and adhering to best practices.
  • Solution Design & Architecture: Develop scalable ServiceNow solutions that address complex business requirements, optimizing processes and enhancing user experience.
  • Expert Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to service management teams, promoting growth and effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Business to Technical Translation: Translate intricate business requirements into actionable technical solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout projects.
  • Project Management: Apply project management skills to oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive organizational excellence by promoting continuous improvement in service management processes and ServiceNow capabilities. Required Skills & Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Proven expertise with the ServiceNow platform and its various modules.
  • Leadership & Project Management: Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading implementation projects.
  • ITSM Implementation: Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing ITSM solutions.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Strong understanding and ITIL certification required.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, articulating technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into practical and robust technical solutions.
  • Software Development & Integration: Experience in software development and integration within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
