Job Title: ServiceNow CSM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Customer Service Management and Order Management in a cutting-edge platform.
  • Possess hands-on experience in JavaScript as an individual contributor, focusing on efficient development and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrate process understanding of customer service management and order management through effective project delivery.
  • Develop expertise in various ServiceNow modules and custom applications, including the CSM module implementation and development.
  • Gain good experience in designing and developing user-friendly interfaces for the Service Portal and Content Management system.
  • Develop skills in web-based integration using SOAP, REST, and other types of integration to enhance system connectivity.
  • Foster knowledge of Service Request Management and Workflows, ensuring seamless process execution.
  • Achieve hands-on experience with CMDB and Active Directory LDAP, streamlining data management and security.
  • Maintain experience in managing client discussions and requirement gathering through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
