Job Title: ServiceNow QA Lead

An experienced professional sought to lead a team of quality assurance specialists in delivering top-notch ServiceNow deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automated test frameworks to ensure seamless testing of ServiceNow implementations, leveraging expertise in scripting languages like JavaScript and Selenium.
• Develop comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and best practices for ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify and document defects, applying analytical skills to drive solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with business objectives and ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices & quality standards, promoting a culture of excellence.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow QA & Testing, with a strong track record of success.
• Strong expertise in Automated Test Framework (ATF) in ServiceNow, with hands-on experience in implementing from scratch.
• Proficiency in test automation tools & scripting, including REST API testing, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
