ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) specialist is required to work on various projects related to customer service and order management. The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow development and implementation, including configuration of ServiceNow modules. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop ServiceNow configurations for Customer Service Management and Order Management.
- Develop custom applications using ServiceNow modules, including CSM module implementation and development.
- Leverage experience in Service Portal and Content Management development to create seamless user experiences.
- Implement web-based integrations using SOAP, REST, and other integration methods.
- Manage client discussions and requirement gathering, ensuring effective communication and presentation skills. Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5-13 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Hands-on experience in JavaScript as an individual contributor.
- Process understanding of customer service management and order management.
- Good experience in ServiceNow modules and custom applications, including CSM module implementation and development.
- Experience in managing client discussions and requirement gathering.
