We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow professional with expertise in Security Operations modules to fill this critical role. About the Role:

Your experience in customizing and implementing ServiceNow Security Operations will be crucial in this position. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications using industry-standard best practices.
• Configure integrations with various systems, including vulnerability scanning tools and external systems.
• Create catalog items, record producers, workflows, and service requests to meet business requirements.
• Analyze data from multiple sources and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset).
• Expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations, especially Vulnerability Response.
• Strong knowledge of configuration management database (CMDB) concepts, discovery processes, and external integrations.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Glide, Jelly Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, XML, AJAX.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, web UI development, and relational databases.
