Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our team in Erode, India. This full-time contract position involves working 100% remote and requires a strong understanding of the ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Promote ServiceNow HRSD best practices and recommend out-of-the-box solutions where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Senior ServiceGPI Developers, HR, IT, and plant operations to document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for the HRSD modules.
• Analyze and optimize HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, case management, and lifecycle events.
• Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules such as Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, Document Management, and support the creation and maintenance of HR workflows, forms, and user interfaces.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment of HRSD features.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and HRSD best practices. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform and its architecture.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and web technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
