About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead our ServiceNow initiatives. This individual will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to drive business efficiency and excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities and have hands-on experience in implementing ITSM tools, particularly Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and other ITIL process areas.

Additionally, the selected professional will have expertise in working with ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, ITAM, CSM, GRC, HRSD, and be well-versed in the project delivery lifecycle and processes.

They will also have practical experience in creating or modifying relevant ITSM toolset components, implementing ServiceNow Service Catalog and CMS, integrating ServiceNow with other company applications, and scripting languages like JavaScript, Perl, and UNIX shell scripts. Main Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions to drive business efficiency and excellence
  • Implement ITSM tools, particularly Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and other ITIL process areas
  • Work with ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, ITAM, CSM, GRC, HRSD
  • Develop and maintain ITSM toolset components
  • Implement ServiceNow Service Catalog and CMS
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other company applications Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Design and Development within a client-facing environment
  • Presentation skills to communicate technical aspects of the platform and specific domain knowledge
  • Business acumen, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities
  • Enterprise/large Service Management implementation experience
  • Solid experience in requirements gathering, including creating process documentation, solution designs, and detailed requirements
  • Proven experience in defining and deploying Continual Service Improvement processes and identifying solutions from people, process, and technology perspectives
  • Hands-on experience beyond ITSM into ITOM, Project Portfolio Management, HR Management, Field Service Management
  • Certified implementation consultant across ITSM and ITBM, at a minimum 1 other implementation certificate
  • Experience across multiple ServiceNow releases, ability to articulate release updates and impacts on customers
  • Experience across Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
  • Proficiency in scripting languages, including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular, and REST API integration Qualifications & Certifications
  • IT Degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science
  • ServiceNow CSA + CIS ITSM + 1 other product CIS
  • ServiceNow sales & presales accreditation in 2+ Product lines
  • ITIL Foundation Certified Bonus Points
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications, including ServiceNow Suite Certified
  • Exposure to ServiceNow licensing
