Enterleap Consulting is seeking experienced candidates who are Immediate Joiners for the following roles:

• ServiceNow Developer with focus on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Performance Analytics, Customer Service Management, App Engine, Financial Services Operations
• ServiceNow Business Analyst

The selected candidates will lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our clients.

This is a remote / India (Flexible) opportunity to work from home as a Full-time, Permanent role. We require 4-8 years of experience in this field. Required Skills and Qualifications

• ServiceNow Developer Role
• Designing, developing, and deploying solutions using the ServiceNow platform
• Integrating ServiceNow with other systems using Scripted Rest API, Rest API (Outbound & Inbound) & Authentication Process
• Implementing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Service Portal, Performance Analytics & Employee Centre Knowledge
• Troubleshooting issues and providing consultative guidance to stakeholders and team members
• Multitasking, self-learning, and demonstrating good functional knowledge
• Leading projects, supporting activities, and training or mentoring other developers
• Communicating, presenting, and problem-solving effectively
• Understanding ITIL/ITSM processes and ITBM process and implementation
• ServiceNow Business Analyst Role
• Requirement Gathering: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
• Process Analysis: Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation using ServiceNow.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and document ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.
• Implementation Oversight: Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing to verify that solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
• User Support: Provide ongoing support to end-users, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and trends to drive innovation.
• Both roles require proficiency in Glide Scripting, Java Script, HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX & AngularJS.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM, CAD, HRSD are preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering is required for both roles. Benefits
