ServiceNow Technical Lead Role
As a ServiceNow technical lead, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the implementation of scalable and efficient solutions using the latest ServiceNow capabilities. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery process to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Design and implement ServiceNow modules, including Order Management (OM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), with minimal customization.
- Develop complex order capture and orchestration processes.
- Manage demand, project, and resource allocation effectively.
- Implement EAP and CSM Portal implementations, ensuring seamless integration with third-party tools.
- Review and optimize existing implementations for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Translate user stories into ServiceNow features, promoting minimal customization.
- Collaborate with architects and other tech leads to ensure cohesive solution design.
- Provide guidance and hands-on assistance to junior and senior developers. Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including 3+ years in SPM.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Configuration-based development methodologies.
- Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer.
- Service Catalog, PPM, Project Management, Demand Management, OKR.
- Integration Hub and scripted APIs.
- Portal management and customization.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling explanation of complex topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
