ServiceNow Technical Lead Role

As a ServiceNow technical lead, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the implementation of scalable and efficient solutions using the latest ServiceNow capabilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical delivery process to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow modules, including Order Management (OM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), with minimal customization.
  • Develop complex order capture and orchestration processes.
  • Manage demand, project, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Implement EAP and CSM Portal implementations, ensuring seamless integration with third-party tools.
  • Review and optimize existing implementations for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Translate user stories into ServiceNow features, promoting minimal customization.
  • Collaborate with architects and other tech leads to ensure cohesive solution design.
  • Provide guidance and hands-on assistance to junior and senior developers. Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including 3+ years in SPM.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Configuration-based development methodologies.
  • Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer.
  • Service Catalog, PPM, Project Management, Demand Management, OKR.
  • Integration Hub and scripted APIs.
  • Portal management and customization.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling explanation of complex topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
