Requirements:

• 7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including customizations, form creation, and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, especially for developing business rules, client scripts, and UI policies within the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience of Workflow Studio for designing and managing ServiceNow workflows (preferred).
• Experience in C++ and HTML, with the ability to leverage these for integration, UI enhancement, or legacy system interactions (a strong plus).
• Experience of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules like Incident, Change, and Request Management.
• Experience in troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ServiceNow applications and scripts.
• Experience with Agile development practices, version control (e.g., Git), and use of JIRA or similar tools.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules in support of business and IT operations.
• Create and manage custom scripts using JavaScript for automation and customization within ServiceNow.
• Build and enhance workflows using Workflow Studio, ensuring process efficiency and scalability.
• Integrate front-end technologies like HTML/CSS to improve the UI and user experience of ServiceNow forms and portals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement changes, and support ServiceNow upgrades.
• Support C++-based integrations or legacy applications, as needed, especially in hybrid tech environments.
• Document technical designs, perform peer reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
