Sr. ITSM Engineer(ServiceNow)

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. ITSM ServiceNow Developer/Admin to join the team of one of their leading clients based in Livonia, MI within the Life Insurance industry. This role is dedicated to executing the day to day development within ServiceNow, as well as the administration of ServiceNow & ITSM across the enterprise. They will work closely with the Product Owner over ServiceNow, but will be responsible for cross functional engagement as well as day to day technical execution. This role is 80% development, and 20% administration.

• Specific Responsibilities:
• Administration of ServiceNow across various modules
• Development within ServiceNow across various modules
• Cross functional & stakeholder engagement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7–10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in ServiceNow administration and development
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow Development
• Specific Modules: ITSM, Contract, Vulnerability, Discovery
• Custom application development
• Experience with either JavaScript or Glide.JS
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator with hands-on expertise in ITSM modules
• Extensive experience within licensing & monitoring
• Licenses, open tickets, updates, system testing, etc.
• Maintaining security standards
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator – CSA - oldest can be Vancouver
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders
