Sr ServiceNow Developer -NEED LOCAL TO DALLAS ONLY

Location: Richardson, TX

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and administration of our client's global ServiceNow platform.

This role demands strong technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture, development, and roadmap initiatives on the client s ServiceNow platform.
• Translate business and functional requirements into high-quality, sustainable ServiceNow implementations.
• Enhance system usability and performance through customized development and process improvements.
• Serve as the ServiceNow subject matter expert (SME), mentoring peers and guiding best practices.
• Design and implement integrations with third-party systems (REST, SOAP, etc.).
• Develop automation using scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, Orchestration).
• Build AI-driven and intelligent automation solutions using ServiceNow s AI/ML features.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, and deliver resolutions or workarounds.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
• Expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules, including:
• ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, Asset)
• ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Orchestration)
• AI/ML (Generative AI, Agentic AI, Document Intelligence)
• HRSD, CSM, Legal Service Delivery, GRC/Policy & Compliance
• Integration Hub, RPA, Automation Center
• Proficient in HTML, JavaScript, Angular, Jelly, and PowerShell scripting.
• Strong experience with web service integration (REST, SOAP) and SOA.
• Track record of building scalable ServiceNow solutions and leading project delivery.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
