Job Summary (List Format)

• Develop and support ServiceNow modules, specifically IT Asset Management (ITAM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), IT Operations Management (ITOM)/Discovery, IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Risk Management (ITRM) workflows.
• Contribute to asset management and ServiceNow integration initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance and maintain ServiceNow platform functionalities.
• Participate in the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow solutions.
• Assist in supporting workflow development and process automation within ServiceNow.
• Work in a hybrid environment at McLean, VA/Richmond, VA/Plano, TX locations.
• Contract-to-hire position for a duration of 7 months.
