ServiceNow Solution Architect

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to lead the development of solution artifacts and provide technical support. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements and developing a solution architecture that addresses technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.

To be successful in this role, you must have 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer, excellent technical leadership skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly. Experience with the US Federal Government is also required.

Some of the key responsibilities of this position include leading the development of road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams, building prototypes, and providing technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews, experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform, and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies. Additionally, they should have experience with Web development, including technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular and JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java, and knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP.

This role requires specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications, including ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM or HR, Project Management or Agile certification, and ITILv4 Foundations Certification.

• Experience with implementing Java scripting to support automation across the various modules in ServiceNow
• Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols
• Knowledge of Business Rules, Workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces and External Portals
