Job Overview

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will design, develop and customize applications, workflows and integrations within the ServiceNow platform to support business processes and improve service delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Break down functional and business requirements into tangible objectives, providing recommendations to management and project team members.
• Write end-to-end automated tests to provide code coverage for business-critical components.
• Ensure quality, performance and adherence to specifications of assigned development tasks and adjacent technology solutions.
• Work with team members to ensure design, development and execution align with established architectural standards.
• Notify team or technical manager of variances from plans and identify changes in scope or work.

You will be responsible for modifying existing ServiceNow applications to align with organizational requirements and improving functionality. Additionally, you will produce and run test cases, deploy solutions to test environments and manage the deployment process to production. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years' relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Required ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Required ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM).
• ServiceNow Application Developer is a nice to have.
• ServiceNow ITOM experience is nice to have.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to work within a team atmosphere.
• US Citizenship status required to serve DoD clients.
