Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Engineer to join our organization in Charlotte, NC on a hybrid work schedule. This role requires hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization, with additional knowledge of SDLC and Agile frameworks. Position Overview:

This position involves working onsite 3 days a week in the Charlotte office (Hybrid work model) and participating in an in-person interview for final selection (mandatory for shortlisted candidates). Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Required Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow application development experience including workflows, integrations, and platform technologies.
• 3+ years of JavaScript development experience.
• Experience working in Agile development environments. Desired Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience with risk applications or ServiceNow GRC.
• 1+ years of experience with Node.js.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications:
• (CSA) Certified Systems Administrator
• (CAD) Certified Application Developer
• (CIS) Certified Implementation Specialist
