ServiceNow Administrator Opportunity
The ServiceNow Administrator will report to the Manager and Lead Admin of the Technology department. The primary responsibility is to build, support, and maintain the ServiceNow platform within optimizing its use with existing toolsets.
Main Responsibilities
- Become an expert in building and maintaining the ServiceNow platform for optimal performance.
- SUPPORT AND OPTIMIZE THE PLATFORM FOR INTEGRATION WITH EXISTING TOOLSETS.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business results through technology implementation.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- At least 7 years of prior relevant experience required.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of healthcare and configuration management database concepts and principles required.
- 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow strongly preferred.
- EXPERIENCE WITH HRSD, IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT PROCESSES, APPLICATION PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT (APM), SERVICE CATALOG DEVELOPMENT, CMDB KNOWLEDGE, AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT REQUIRED.
- Understanding of ServiceNow Implementation, particularly with HRSD journeys such as onboarding and integrations to third-party systems highly desired.
- Experience in technical implementation efforts such as ServiceNow Integrations, Version Upgrades, and Maintenance highly desired.
- Excellent customer-facing, communication, and presentation skills required.
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences required.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder, fast-moving, complex projects required.
- Demonstrated organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills required.
