ServiceNow Architect

ServiceNow Architect needs 10 + years’ experience in ServiceNow with minimum 3 on-Prem implementation and support experience for large clients ServiceNow Architect requires:  NERC CIP certification is required  ServiceNow Architect with Experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM Pro), Integration HUB end to end design and implementation  Experience in ServiceNow Operations technology (OT) – Visibility and Service Management configurations is a Must  NERC CIP certification (achieved / In progress) required  Experience in On Prem and cloud architecture design is mandatory  Experience in platform fine tuning, upgrades for the On Prem ServiceNow instance is mandatory  Experience in custom integrations, platform customizations and Maintenance for the on prem instance management is a mandatory

ServiceNow Architect duties:

• Developing, installing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications;
• Integrating it with other programs;.
• Training, documentation, and support;
