Hiring Salary Range: $140,100.00 to $180,400.00 annually

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Engineer to enhance and evolve our ServiceNow platform in alignment with dynamic business processes and ITIL best practices. This role is instrumental in delivering robust ServiceNow capabilities across multiple functional areas, especially within the context of a fast-paced, highly regulated financial services environment.
Role And Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions in ServiceNow aligned with ITIL-based processes.
Build and maintain modules for:
- Incident Management
- Service Request Management
- Change Management
- Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Asset Discovery
- Application Inventory and Ownership Attestation
- User Access Management and Access Review Workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Implement automated workflows, business rules, and scripts.
- Maintain ServiceNow integrations and ensure platform stability and data integrity.
- Support platform upgrades and release readiness activities.
- Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Produce user documentation and training materials as needed.
- Stay current with ServiceNow innovations and drive adoption of best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5–10 years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
- Proven track record working in a financial institution or regulated industry.
- Deep knowledge of ITIL processes.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience in GRC modules or DevOps/CI-CD pipelines is a plus.
- Strong scripting experience (JavaScript, GlideScript).
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB architecture.
- Familiarity with governance workflows like Application Ownership Attestation and User Access Reviews.
- Understanding of user governance, access provisioning, and regulatory compliance workflows.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Agile development and change management experience is a plus.
