The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of our ServiceNow platform, leveraging their expertise to drive innovation and excellence in IT service management, operations management, and asset management. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategic plans to enhance our IT capabilities.

• 20+ years of technical experience in software development, systems architecture, and IT service management
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methods
• Experience with web development, including X–HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, or Angular and at least one of the following back-end technologies: JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification and CompTIA Security + Benefits
