Summary:

● Newer contract (possible eight years!) seeking Software Engineer II (mid-level) for ServiceNow development

Qualifications & Compensation:

● $218K/yr+ (1880 hours/year)

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

● Two (2) years experience developing and customizing core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog

● Four (4) years of IT application systems experience in technology solutions delivery is required.

● Requires DoD 8570 compliance Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification.

● Must be fully cleared to be considered (polygraphs less than five years)

Job Description:

● ServiceNow / IT Service Management (ITSM) - Demonstrated experience required

● Integrate APIs (REST/SOAP)

● JavaScript / HTML / CSS / JSON

● Angular

● Experience with Agile framework and methodology

● Enhance workflows & Update logic

● Modify forms / Improve ticket routing / Develop status tracking
