Hybrid Telework Opportunity

The incumbent serves as a lead ServiceNow Administrator within the ServiceNow Management Group (SMG), Office of Information Services (OIS). The incumbent will be responsible for the configuration, development, support, and maintenance of ServiceNow. The incumbent will be part of a highly skilled technical team who support and enhance Department of Health Care Access and Information’s (HCAI) most visible programs and services such as the HCAI Public Website, Community Intranet, Service Portal, and Learning Management System. The SMG strives to deliver innovative IT solutions that utilize exciting, modern, cloud-based tools such as WordPress, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365 Apps. The incumbent is expected to be highly motivated, passionate about information technology, and capable of working in a fast-paced IT environment. The incumbent will learn new technologies and business functions, adjust to changing circumstances, communicate effectively to staff and management, and provide valuable customer service.

The incumbent works with stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver solutions through ServiceNow or other platforms. The incumbent will utilize ServiceNow software development methodologies and best practices to conduct requirements analysis and system design while provided continued operational support for the ServiceNow Platform. The incumbent serves as a ServiceNow developer throughout the software development lifecycle.

Under direction, incumbents may perform a wide variety of tasks requiring regular, innovative problem solving within broadly stated and non-specific guidelines. The scope typically includes multiple program areas and involves planning, developing and implementing technological solutions that are essential to the missions of the overall organization or affect large numbers of people on a long-term or continuous basis in the Software Engineering or System Engineering domains.

Special Requirements
