Lead ServiceNow Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for using your expertise in ServiceNow to answer product/feature questions, coach and train customers and partners, resolve customer and partner issues, and design, develop, and implement enhancement requests.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Change Management (ITSM/ITIL), ServiceNow's CMDB Architecture, diagnosing performance issues in ServiceNow, and ServiceNow best practices. They should also have experience configuring bi-directional integrations, REST/SOAP methods/resources, and solutioning, writing, testing, and debugging code/processes for Business/Scoped Application Development. Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting complex technical systems and writing, testing, and debugging code (50%):
• Communicating with clients on a daily basis (20%):
• Documenting client interactions, code/configuration changes, next steps (10%):
• Continually learning (10%):

Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills:
• 5+ years working as a ServiceNow developer/implementation specialist or 5+ years working as a ServiceNow admin/developer:
• 5+ years relevant experience writing and debugging code in an object-oriented language (JavaScript, Java, C#) in any full-stack web development framework:
• Comprehensive understanding of Change Management (ITSM/ITIL), ServiceNow's CMDB Architecture, diagnosing performance issues in ServiceNow, and ServiceNow best practices:

Benefits:

• Annual base compensation: $130,000-$140,000:
