Key ServiceNow Expert

A highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow expert is required to work with our team on various projects. Role Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow applications for optimal performance
• Develop and maintain efficient ServiceNow platforms, especially those utilizing Public Sector Digital Services or other ServiceNow modules
• Work closely with IT teams to manage and improve ITSM module functionality, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and more
• Develop robust scripts in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience working with the State of Mississippi or Medicaid program
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Minimum 10 years of experience in developing and administering ServiceNow applications
