We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to join our team and contribute to the design, building, and enhancement of scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

• The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow in an enterprise environment, with a focus on ITSM, HRSD, HAM, SAM, and Employee Center modules.
• A strong working knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, including CMDB design, relationship modeling, and data integrity best practices, is required.

This role is key to scaling automation, reducing manual effort, and delivering a cohesive service experience across the organization. You will work closely with IT operations, HR, procurement, and security teams to translate requirements into solutions delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement solutions across ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with business goals and platform best practices.
• Design and develop workflows, catalog items, UI components, and integrations that reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and enhance the end-user experience.
• Lead development sprints within an Agile team structure—owning backlog items, performing peer code reviews, and contributing to solution architecture.
• Drive platform automation by identifying high-impact opportunities, designing scalable solutions, and deploying enhancements with measurable results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
