Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
    • Develop custom ServiceNow applications and enhance existing modules using scripting, workflows, and business rules.
    • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
    • Customize forms, fields, and reports based on stakeholder requirements.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.
    • Ensure system stability and performance through monitoring, tuning, and improvements.
    • Apply ITIL and agile best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills:

  • 7–10 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
    • Deep expertise in ITSM suite and ServiceNow platform configuration.
    • Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
    • Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID servers.
    • Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
    • Experience in handling platform upgrades and data migrations.
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certification is a plus.
