This position will be a contract and onsite in Miramar, FL.

Due to specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, candidates must be able to work directly on CAI's W2. This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support over 60 self-hosted ServiceNow Health & Safety instances operating in a Linux environment.
• Configure, customize, and optimize various ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and Health/Safety.
• Develop and maintain low-code/no-code RESTful APIs for custom ServiceNow applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform and Linux-related issues effectively.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver well-documented and efficient workflows.
• Manage governance, license compliance, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning activities.

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration (Incident, Change, Asset, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Basic development understanding and familiarity with APIs.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, coupled with a passion for continuous learning.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or completion of the ServiceNow Fundamentals course.

Preferred:

• ServiceNow Developer or Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Knowledge of SQL / MySQL / MariaDB.
• Experience with on-premise ServiceNow environments.

Physical Demands

• Capable of performing essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards.
• Sedentary work that requires sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional movement around the office for meetings.
• Ability to complete repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.

The pay range for this position is $40.00-$44.00 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
