We are hiring a remote Business Systems Analyst (ServiceNow CMDB) to support our client's ServiceNow transformation initiative for data cleanup and their audit of telephony-related records.

NOTE: This is a US based, W-2 project. All candidates will be paid through NTT DATA only.

Job Description:

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of telephony infrastructure records in ServiceNow.
• Review, validate, and update Asset, Configuration Item (CI), and Application records related to telephony platforms.
• Identify and correct discrepancies between physical infrastructure and ServiceNow records - including missing devices, misclassified assets, retired systems, or orphaned records.
• Coordinate with telephony engineers and Managed Service Provider to confirm field-level details, physical inventory, and logical configuration data.
• Retire or archive assets and CIs that are no longer in use, per established lifecycle policies.
• Update or create application entries to reflect systems actively used in the telephony environment.
• Ensure all ServiceNow records comply with internal naming conventions, ownership fields, site/location references, and service relationships.
• Participate in data cleanup projects and periodic audits as needed.

Required hands-on experience:

• 3+ years with ServiceNow, particularly in:
• Asset Management
• ServiceNow CMDB / Configuration Items
• With strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Required abilities:

• Audit and reconcile asset/configuration data
• Read, interpret, and validate telephony records (ie: IPs, models)
• Collaborate with internal teams and MSPs

Required Tools and Discoveries:

• ServiceNow Discovery (used but limited for some gear)
• SolarWinds, Tanium, MID Servers

Preferred Experience:

• Application Portfolio Management (APM)
• Telephony infrastructure knowledge
• Enterprise-level equipment reconciliation
