Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect Position

This is a senior-level position for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect.

The successful candidate will have a breadth of knowledge and experience in client delivery, business process best practices, and functional design.

This role requires a self-driven individual with a strong problem-solving attitude and passion to deliver complex business and technology solutions. Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and set expectations.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead functional design sessions, architect business process flows, and identify gaps between current and desired end states.
• Provide detailed level of effort estimates and articulate the benefits and risks of proposed solutions.
