We are seeking a ServiceNow CMDB ITOM Engineer to enhance the health and data quality of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Main Responsibilities

• Improve CMDB Health: Implement best practices and strategies to maintain and enhance the CMDB's overall health.
• Data Quality Management: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of CMDB data through regular audits and validation processes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and drive governance initiatives.
• Governance: Establish and enforce policies and procedures to maintain CMDB integrity and compliance. About This Role

This role is crucial for maintaining a robust and reliable CMDB, essential for effective IT operations management.

This position will have a hybrid work schedule, working in an office location 3 days a week. Key Requirements

• Participate in defining, prioritizing, and executing ServiceNow enhancements.
• Lead customer sessions to gather business and technical requirements.
• Implement new ServiceNow features and modules.
• Administer operational support of ServiceNow.
• Foster strong relationships and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Support ServiceNow mid-server environments.
• Develop code and configuration updates.
• Create technical requirements and documentation.
• Advising on new ITOM tools and features.
• Resolution of incidents and implementation of requests. Qualification
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow.
• Extensive experience with Asset Management modules, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Proven experience working with CMDB health dashboard.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow development fundamentals and technical certifications.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience with relational database data modeling.
• Possess strong project management and technical writing skills. What We Offer

A competitive annualized base pay range of $115,760 - $173,640.
