ServiceNow Administrator Seeking a ServiceNow Systems Administrator to maintain and optimize ServiceNow for a federal government customer. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) applications. The ideal candidate will ensure system stability, performance, and continual improvement of ServiceNow processes. Manage the daily administration and configuration of the ServiceNow platform Implement and maintain security protocols, including user access management and data protection Monitor system performance and conduct capacity planning Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow processes and configurations Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement ServiceNow solutions Provide tier 2 and 3 support for ServiceNow-related issues Manage integrations between ServiceNow and other systems Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 7 years' experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator Must have an Active SECRET clearance Must be able to support full-time on-site in Arlington, VA ServiceNow system administration and configuration Performance tuning and optimization of ServiceNow instances ServiceNow security and access control management
