Job Summary:
We are seeking an ITSM expert to lead and optimize ServiceNow processes for Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Knowledge Management. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, defining business requirements, and ensuring successful ServiceNow integrations for Network Connectivity Services. Responsibilities include managing service workflows, evaluating enhancement requests, training users, and monitoring ITSM performance to drive efficiency and automation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of ITSM & ServiceNow experience with successful implementations.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, LAN, WAN, Datacentre, and Network Security.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS) preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
