ServiceNow SME and Technical Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow SME and Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow applications and processes, as well as excellent technical writing skills.

This position is responsible for providing technical expertise and support for ServiceNow applications and processes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining documentation for these applications and processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. You will also need to have proven experience as a ServiceNow SME and Technical Writer.

The following qualifications are required:

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of ServiceNow applications and processes
• Documentation Skills: Ability to develop and maintain clear, concise, and easy-to-understand documentation
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
