Technical Expertise for ServiceNow FSM

Job Description:

As a ServiceNow FSM expert, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and scripting technical solutions to ensure successful deployments. You will work closely with the Platform Architect to refine platform requirements and complete the development of agreed-upon solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Certified Implementation Specialist – FSM certification
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications
• At least 2-3 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow FSM projects
• Implemented at least one complex FSM project
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is strongly preferred

Key Technologies:

• Business Rules, ACL's, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms, etc.
• Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine
• JavaScript for developing solutions that cannot be satisfied through configuration
• Understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP, etc.
• Scripting in ServiceNow, with both standard scripting tools and ServiceNow accelerators
• Experience with JavaScript-HTML5, Jelly, jQuery, and AngularJS a plus

Other Responsibilities:

• Automate activities on the ServiceNow platform using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine
• Use JavaScript to develop solutions for requirements that cannot be satisfied through configuration
• Understanding of key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP, etc
• Experience with scripting in ServiceNow, with both standard scripting tools and ServiceNow accelerators
