Job Description:

Your role will involve building, supporting, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform within our organization. This entails optimizing its use with existing toolsets, ensuring that it aligns with business objectives.

You will work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive user experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to leverage their skills and expertise in ServiceNow to drive business results. Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 7 years of prior relevant experience
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of healthcare and configuration management database concepts and principles
  • 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow strongly preferred
  • Working and implementation experience and knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD, IT Service Management processes, Application Portfolio Management (APM) Service Catalog development, CMDB knowledge, and Knowledge Management are mandatory
  • Understanding of ServiceNow Implementation, particularly with HRSD journeys such as onboarding and integrations to third-party systems highly desired
  • Experience in technical implementation efforts such as ServiceNow Integrations, Version Upgrades, and Maintenance
  • Experience working with integration to 3rd party application APIs, REST/AJAX, Web Services, and Integration hub highly desired
  • Completion or in the process of completing the ITIL Foundation v.3 or v.4 certification, preferred
  • Service now HRSD Certification highly desired
  • Completion of the ServiceNow System Administrator certification is preferred
  • Knowledge & Application of Java scripting is strongly preferred
