ServiceNow Solution Architect

Job Title: ServiceNow Expert. About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12-month contract position with a hybrid work schedule. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, implement and support ServiceNow solutions.
• Contribute to full software development lifecycle including requirements, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. Required Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow application development experience including workflows, integrations and platform technologies.
• 3+ years of JavaScript development experience.
• Experience working in Agile development environments. Desired Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience with risk applications or ServiceNow GRC.
• 1+ years of experience with Node.js.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications (Required/Preferred based on level): SE2 – Mid-Level Engineer:
• (CSA) Certified Systems Administrator.
• 2–3 years of ServiceNow experience. SE3 – Senior Engineer:
• (CAD) Certified Application Developer.
• 3+ years in ServiceNow Application Development. SE4 – Lead/Architect:
• 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Architecture and Operational Lead-level experience.
• Archer integration experience is a plus.
