Our organization is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Software Developer to join our team in Northern Virginia. This role will involve supporting an up-tempo, creative environment and collaborating with a diverse group of professionals who thrive on innovation and cognitive diversity.
The successful candidate will provide development and process improvement support for our custom application suite and other enterprise-level requirements on the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven experience with web development technologies, specifically JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Expertise in developing ServiceNow applications or software development, with the ability to adapt to low-code platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, catalog items, and business rules.
- Ability to analyze business processes, evaluate customer needs, and document functional technical requirements.
- Experience in systems evaluation, identifying performance measures, and implementing improvements.
- Skills in process improvement, analyzing functions, and translating requirements into technical specifications.
- Program management and project task management expertise, along with customer relations and outreach skills.
- Knowledge management experience, including feature release descriptions and technical artifacts.
Required qualifications include:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of demonstrated experience.
- Front-end Software Developer to support All Source Data Modeling and Analysis teams.
- Development of prototype applications utilizing JavaScript, Angular, and containerized (Docker and/or Kubernetes) cloud (AWS) platforms.
- Integration with Elasticsearch and AWS tools, supporting AI models on the backend. What We Offer
