Senior ServiceNow Consultant - London/Remote - Up to 80,000 + Benefits

Opus partners with a renowned ServiceNow partner to expand their consulting and delivery team with a talented Senior Technical Consultant.

This role requires shaping innovative solutions, leading design sessions, contributing to high-quality technical documentation, and crafting user stories that drive successful implementations.

As a Senior Team Member, you will guide junior consultants, contribute to the strategic direction of our services, and help clients achieve their goals.

You will leverage your broad knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, facilitate client workshops, build strong stakeholder relationships, and champion collaborative project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage your knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to lead projects and initiatives that deliver measurable value to clients
• Foster effective communication with clients through workshops and solution showcases
• Collaborate with solution consultants to define project scope and contribute to solution architecture
• Mentor and support junior consultants to enhance their skills and success
• Uphold best practices and quality standards throughout the development lifecycle

Experience and Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in configuring and deploying the ServiceNow platform
• Implementation experience with various ServiceNow modules, including IRM/GRC/HRSD or SecOps ServiceNow modules
• Strong JavaScript skills and experience with ServiceNow configuration and development
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL frameworks

Requirements:

• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Up-to-date ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Additional certifications like Certified Application Developer are advantageous
